All advance bookings for a tour program can be made by
e-mail or directly through telephone calls. Our

PACKAGE TOURS
For every 16-person package tour, our company offers FOC
rate for all of the group leader's local flight fares.
But the offer in limited to a maximum number of two
leaders for one flight.
TAKING RESPONSIBILITY
Myanmar Blue Ocean Travels & Tours Co., Ltd. takes responsibility only for a
given tour program;
No responsibility will be taken for injuries; for the
loss of property, accidents, deaths that occur due to
unforeseeable dangers and natural disasters.
PAYMENT SCHEDULES
Immediately after the two parties to a tour program
agree upon the terms of a tour program, 50 pc. of the
total payments due shall be made to the Myanmar Foreign
Trade Bank (MFTB) through his own local bank. The data
to be provided include name of the Bank through which
the transfer is made; the address of the bank and the
bank account number to be accepted.
The 50 pc balance of payment will be made in USD as soon
as the tourist arrives in Myanmar.
TRAVEL RATES
Travel rates will not be changed without advance
notification. Travel rates changes are mostly due to
varied prices in fuel rates, exchange rates and
miscellaneous changes in the tourism industry.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION
It should be agreed as follows if cancellation occurs by
the tourist before the commencement of the trip. If
cancellation by the tourist occurs in the midst of the
trip, the company policy is that normally the money will
not be refunded. If cancellation is made by regular
customers certain amounts will be refunded after
consultation with respective hotels and car-hire
enterprises. |
